Michael (Moto) Fabian Gregg passed away Monday September 2, 2013 in Corning, CA. Michael was born on May 29th 1959. He lived most of his life in Corning, graduating from Corning Union High School in 1977. Michael worked for many years at Bell Carter Olives and Sunsweet prune dryers as well as Anderson and Son’s Shelling. He loved his work as a forklift driver and all of his co-workers. Mike loved life and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was a member of the Klamath American Indian Tribe and was actively involved in obtaining more information about his ancestry. He was a huge fan of the Looney Tune cartoons, (his favorite character was “Taz” the Tazmanian Devil), movies and rock music. He was survived by his mother Shirley (Burns) Gregg-Bowman, step-father S. Richard Bowman, brother Leon Gregg and sister in-law Shondon Gregg, as well as his nieces Megan and Courtney Gregg. Mike was preceded in death by his father Archie Gregg. His smile will be missed forever. A celebration of his life will be held at Leon Gregg’s home on Saturday, September 14th from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm.
